NEW MUSIC — måneskin releases new single: “THE LONELIEST”

måneskin, a glam/alternative rock band from Rome, Italy, shared their latest single this past friday, after a week of promoting and riling up their fanbase. the track, titled ‘THE LONELIEST’, is — assumably so, — far different from the previous single they released in may. the song is beautifully raw and vulnerable; a heartbreaking ballad and a farewell as things comes to an inevitable end.
the track is powered by damiano david’s breathtaking vocals, and a solo that sounds like the guitar itself was vocalizing. the instruments melt together and build up into each other, instead of overpowering the other. instrumentally, the song is as emotionally-charged as david’s vocals.
the band debuted the single at their intimate show in London, at the Underworld (oct. 6th), and were engulfed with positive feedback and love from their fanbase. although the song is personal, it strikes a chord with many fans due to its raw and realistic approach to heartbreak and loneliness — which is what makes the track so well-loved.
