Upon reaching the New Orleans date on the Dichotomy Tour, David Kushner’s performance at the FIlimore lit up the entire crowd — friends, lovers, and family; all coming together to share the warm experience of live music together. With fans lining up down the block of Canal Street before the show, the simmer of excitement leading up to the concert only intensified with time, and the audience’s eager anticipation did not dwindle throughout. As the opener, Henrik, riled up the crowd with a simple, “Who’s excited for David Kushner tonight?”, the roars and cheers from the pit rung through the venue.
With a voice as smooth as velvet, Kushner was able to effortlessly evoke emotions from the audience that reverberated through the rest of the performance. David Kushner, accompanied by Henrik on this portion of the tour, kept fans grooving and singing, ensuring that there was not a dull point in the New Orleans Filimore that November night.
