The Velveteers

Hailing from a place where rock and soul merge into a unique and captivating sound, the Denver-based trio unleashed an unforgettable performance that left us in awe. The Velveteers took the stage at The Studio at the Factory on June 15, 2023, opening second for the Blue Stones and they left Dallas mesmerized with their infectious energy, flawless performances, and unique sound.

With Baby and Jonny on drums and Demi front stage, their energy was captivating, sending ripples of excitement through the audience, but it was the enigmatic presence of lead singer and guitarist, Demi that truly commanded attention. Demi's stage presence was nothing short of mesmerizing. Clad in a glam-rock ensemble that harkened back to the golden age of rock. The band's complementing outfits were fabulously designed by Marlena Tranquilli and she made sure the group looked as badass as they sound. The band's tight chemistry was palpable and not a single moment of their set left you bored; with Baby crowd surfing, drumming with a fan, and Demi giving her guitar to a fan and using a mannequin arm in lieu of a slide, their set was nothing short of iconic. Their undeniable talent, combined with a magnetic stage presence, created an unforgettable performance. The Velveteers are a force to be reckoned with, and I eagerly anticipate their rise to even greater heights in the music industry.
